The Short Way

From Denver International Airport take Colorado E470 N and I-25 to CO-66 W through Longmont and follow US-36 W to Estes. If you are looking to pass through Boulder, which is a comparable time but more scenic, take Colorado E470 N to Northwest Parkway and follow US-36 W to Estes.

No matter which route you take, we’ve recommended some spots along the way and have a playlist ready to go to make your drive easy and enjoyable.

The Long Way

Est. time 2:30 – 3:00 hours

If time is on your side, then making your way to Trailborn, Estes Park via the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway is an excellent reason to take the long way. Stretching 55 miles across the lower ridges of the Front Range, Peak to Peak is Colorado’s oldest scenic byway (founded in 1918) boasting must-see views, historic towns, cultural attractions, and wildlife abound. While nature provides the scenery, we provide the soundtrack for added enjoyment.
