Fresh, local catering is prepared onsite by our culinary team. Host your wedding events on our Great Lawn, Ballroom, or other resort spaces. Across the street on our Soundside, we provide private cruises, water activities, and an intimate lawn for family and friends to watch the sunset and additional gatherings.

Event Lawn and Gardens
A wedding at Trailborn Surf & Sound will be unlike any other: recite your vows in our spectacular seaside gardens. Then enjoy your cocktail hour before heading to the Tides Ballroom for dinner and dancing. Our Great Lawn can accommodate you and your loved ones for everything from ceremonies to welcome receptions, and rehearsal dinners to farewell events.
The Tides Ballroom
With 2,800 square feet and impressive 18-foot ceilings, the Tides Ballroom is the largest single indoor venue at the resort. The elegant teak and maple hardwood floors beautifully compliment the stunning chandeliers that adorn the space, creating a captivating backdrop for any wedding. With a stylish and modern atmosphere, the ballroom can comfortably host up to 100 guests for weddings, making it perfect for dining, dancing, and enjoying your DJ or band.
Sunrise Room
With a wall of windows, which can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze, this space offers breathtaking views of our lush gardens. This room can accommodate multiple purposes as it can break down into two separate spaces for a wedding or social event. With a combined 2,200 square feet, The Sunrise Room has up to a 90-person banquet capacity.
Soundside
Across the street on our sound side, we provide private cruises, water activities, and an intimate lawn and dock for additional gatherings.
