Surf, sun, and a little work
We offer versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces for 10 to 150 guests. The Sunrise Room, accommodating up to 75, leads to our multi-use Promenade and is steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Smaller groups can enjoy sunsets over Banks Channel in our Sunset Room. For larger celebrations, the Tides Ballroom can transform from a meeting space by day to an event space by night. Conclude with a Sunset Harbor Cruise or customized team-building activity.

Event Lawn and Gardens
Our expansive oceanfront event lawns offer several private areas for outdoor affairs and special events. Cocktail parties, shrimp boils, team building exercises, oyster roasts and seated dinners can easily become part of your overall meeting plans.
The Tides Ballroom
With 2,800 square feet and impressive 18-foot ceilings, the Tides Ballroom is the largest single indoor venue at the resort. The elegant teak and maple hardwood floors beautifully compliment the stunning chandeliers that adorn the space. With a stylish and modern atmosphere, the ballroom can comfortably host up to 100 guests.
Sunrise Room
With a wall of windows, which can be opened to enjoy the ocean breeze, this space offers breathtaking views of our lush gardens, the Sunrise room is a destination for success. This room can accommodate a variety of setups including conference, classroom, reception and vendor tables. It can also break down into two separate spaces for a meeting or social event.
Sunset Room
Floor-to-ceiling paneling sets the tone in this sleek and comfortable boardroom, with natural light and views of the sound. The ideal setting for intimate board meetings or team building sessions. Concealed whiteboards on each wall provide easy access to notes and presentation materials.
